The larger product cylinder, the more available volume for filling is adjusting the length of the pistons Stroke can change this volume. As the stroke is lengthened, the volume of the chamber is increased and as the stroke is shortened, the volume of the chamber is decreased.
Accuracy is dependent on what percentage of the overall volume of the product cylinder is used. To greater the volume, for better result we get depending on the diameter. These series filling machines are accurate to +/-1% when used in the recommended fill volume ranges for each specific size cylinder.

During a filling cycle, a piston travels back to draw product from the hopper into a precision machined cylinder, then extends forward to fill. Product is dispensed into the container through a filling nozzle and/or cutoff device. Various nozzle configurations are available for specific products. Cutoffs prevent product from dripping after the fill.
The filling material is vacuumed from the hopper or production tank. As the system is pneumatically powered (the machines require is 6 Bar of pressure) it very safe and handles fill products gently and efficiently.
