The Vial Filling and Stoppering Machine has been manufactured specifically to be used for filling injectable glass vials. The basic components of the vials liquid filling machine includes a turntable, conveyor belts made of stainless steel, unique eccentric pre-gassing, filling and other post-gassing aspects. The syringes are made of excellent quality 316L stainless steel. Apart from this, it consists of non-toxic tubing made of synthetic rubber of reliable and durable quality. Furthermore, the compact panel is easy to access, reach and use.
Since the area between the machine that is responsible for filling the vials and the one responsible for stoppering the vials is less, hence, the risk of the contamination reduces considerably. It is very important to understand that the machine has been made to work specifically in a sterile environment to ensure that there is no contamination. These are designed for use under the laminar flow protection itself. The redesigning of the un-scrambler has been done to reduce the dead ends and increase efficiency of the spots that are difficult to clean.
