The Automatic Ampoule Labeling Machine is one of the best man made machinery used for labelling ampoules that have been filled and sealed. The containers that are received from the feed worm and supplied to the star wheel is placed with equal spacing between each other. These then reach the label wrap point at the same distance at which it was initially supplied.
As soon as the ampoules reach the labeling point, the sensors of the containers start along with the servo motor. The pressing belt then presses the label without any hassles between the pad and the belt. The label sensor photocells are equipped with automatic sensors that detect the spacing between two labels. It also holds them together until the next container comes in line. During this process, pneumatic printing attachment also prints.
